At Pies By Di, my passion for baking started in my grandmother's kitchen and has been passed down through generations. Growing up, I cherished the time spent baking with her, learning the secrets of creating delicious, homemade pies and other baked goods. Those moments instilled in me a deep love for baking and an appreciation for quality ingredients. After years of dealing with various health issues, I discovered that I had Celiac disease. This diagnosis was a turning point in my life. Frustrated with the lack of quality gluten-free baked goods available, I realized that I needed to make a change. I started reworking the beloved family recipes I grew up with, determined to create gluten-free versions that were just as delicious as the originals. I began sharing these gluten-free recipes with family and friends, and the response was overwhelming. The demand for my gluten-free pies and baked goods grew rapidly, leading me to start Pies By Di. Today, I am dedicated to making sure that everyone can enjoy the same wonderful flavors and textures that I loved as a child, regardless of dietary restrictions. I take immense pride in my family recipes and the journey that led me here.
