These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Pies by Di’s website and services, including our gluten-free pies and baked goods. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, kindly refrain from using our website.
All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders as needed.
We accept various secure payment methods displayed on our website. Full payment is required at checkout.
Current prices for our baked goods are listed on the website and subject to change. All prices include applicable taxes.
Orders require at least two weeks’ notice for special events to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
We offer next-day or express shipping to specific regions within the US. Details are on our Shipping Policy page.
Pickup is available at 3632 Brevard Road, Hendersonville, NC 28791. Please confirm your pickup time.
Orders can be canceled up to 7 days before pickup, subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted. Contact us within 24 hours for damaged or incorrect items.
We respect your privacy and handle information per our Privacy Policy.
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays using next-day, express, and priority shipping.
Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesdays will ship the next available day.
Shipping fees depend on location, method, and weight, and are shown at checkout.
During warmer months, ice packs and expedited shipping are used.
All website content, including text, images, and logos, belongs to Pies by Di. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pies by Di is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages from use of our services.
These Terms are governed by North Carolina law. Disputes are handled exclusively in North Carolina courts.
We may update these Terms without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
Express Order Fees: Orders placed less than 7 days in advance may incur a fee starting at $50.
Preorder Deposits: Preorders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. Full payment is due 14 days before delivery.
Catering Service Fee: All catering services start with a $100 service fee, covering setup and logistics, a non-refundable 50% deposit and full payment is due 14 days before event date. Additional delivery and staffing charges may apply.
Special Order Service Fee: Custom or special orders outside our standard menu may incur a service fee starting at $10, based on complexity.
Customer Responsibility: Ensure someone is available for delivery. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability.
Allergy Disclaimer: While we prioritize gluten-free ingredients, some products may contain dairy, eggs, nuts, or soy.
